Customer Satisfaction

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected]. Our support team will review your request and assist you promptly.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. To initiate a return, email [email protected] for authorization and instructions.

Please note:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Opened, used, or altered products are not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.
  • Products that require special storage conditions (e.g., refrigeration) are not eligible for return.

Return Eligibility

  • Incorrect item received: If we shipped the wrong product, we will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Missing items: If any item is missing from your order, contact us and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost.
  • Change of mind / dissatisfaction: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Ensure the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  2. Contact [email protected] to request return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the authorized return as instructed by our support team.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Refunds apply to the returned product(s) only.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (e.g., incorrect or missing items).
  • Returns initiated after 14 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund.
